Group Therapy
Group therapy involves a gathering of individuals with similar concerns or challenges, led by a trained therapist, to share experiences, offer support, and explore coping strategies together. It provides a supportive and collaborative environment where participants can connect, gain insights, and work towards common therapeutic goals.
Groups are available in English and Spanish.
