Oliver Behavioral Consultants is seeking highly qualified individuals to provide direct support to children with disabilities in their home, our clinic, and/or community environments.
The selected applicant will have regular opportunities to work alongside BCBA’s, Clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.

We will provide the opportunity to meet supervision requirements to maintain your RBT certification. Ample opportunities to work in the clinic and home settings. Work with learners with a wide range of diagnoses and cognitive abilities, from severely disabled to intellectually gifted. Enhance your skills in behavior plan writing, data collection, assessment, and training. Although this position primarily provides line staff services, we are looking for someone with a hunger to learn and develop into a top-notch therapist and teacher. OBC pays more per hour and provides benefits because we want the best applicants who will provide the best services possible.
Qualified Applicants must:
1+ year experience as a certified RBT. Have a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or a high school diploma and extensive experience working with the population of children that we serve. Be energetic, empathetic to parents of children with special needs, and love kids. Have the ability to learn new therapeutic skills and implement teaching procedures with a high degree of fidelity. Be able to manage a complex schedule, be punctual, and communicate effectively with children’s caregivers. Diligently collect data and communicate treatment concerns effectively to the BCBA (clinical supervisor). Maintain professionalism when interacting with stressed caregivers and in supporting children engaging in unsafe behaviors. Meet criminal background and driver’s license requirements.
